On Miyaoka type and Kawamata-Miyaoka type inequalities

Abstract: In the classification theory of varieties with nef anti-canonical divisors, Miyaoka type and Kawamata-Miyaoka type inequalities which concern about the relations between the first and second Chern classes play an important role. In this talk, I will show some recent progress on these inequalities and their application on the classification of 3-folds with nef anti-canonical divisors. Part of these works is jointed with Masataka Iwai and Chen Jiang, and part is jointed with Jie Liu.
